THE WELCOMING APPROACH IN CS AND WITH IGC
Good day to the wonderful people of the world. If your new or part of the IGC crew thank you for taking the time to stop by to visit.
I’m IG for those of you that are new. I am your passionate certified voice advocate for all things customer service related for your small owned business brand. It’s important to me as a woman of color who has been in this field for over a decade seeing the ins and outs within the corporate workforce.
While there were many rewards of knowledge, growth, experiences, skills, networking, and interacting with a diverse individuals that share a common understanding of what customer service is about.
A welcoming approach matters more than you may think. I don’t mean in the way of just saying hello when someone walks into your business. Its the overall approach that is presented. From the outdoor storefront, the area/environment, the vibe once entered, the knowledegment instantly that someone is here for the skills and talents you offer.
There have been times when I felt unwelcome in a place that I thought I was adding value or making a difference. That is not the feeling or vibe I want to be part of. This is why I started to shift my direction and focus on what I started to see as a value needed and a vibe of up and coming and already established small owned businesses and especially within our black and minority communities.
The welcoming approach of integrity, transparency, communication, problem solving, positivity are showcased within IGC.
I’m just not any voice advocate for customer service. I’m the voice that wants to be on hand for you as a small business owner because I Genuinely Care and understand the importance of what you have. And let’s face it you already do enough for your brand. The uplift and support is here within IGC!
