With each blog post the words are expressed from the heart and genuinely from experiences past and present.
As a woman (especially black and minority by race) our makeup has had many negatives against us. Being a woman (black or minority) in a working field comes with challenges. In customer service it has been viewed as a gray cloud and stereotypes about how a situation is handled or how its being communicated.
In customer service and as a small business owner the negativity and stereotype can be doubled. This is a reason why I wanted to be certified in this field. It may not mean much to others but it carrier importance as small businesses continue to evolve.
Showing passion with expression does not mean its a woman with an attitude. Just the opposite, its a woman that is standing firm in a decision or a thougtht as a result of what is being presented to her.
I’ve been told on a few occasions I have an attiude when in fact I know when I have an attitude, but I am standing strong on something I believe in or view should be done differently as a suggestion.
Oh this is only the start of this talk. Just wanted to have this less than 5 minute read to get things going with your comments, emails, venting, or whatever you want to express in this comfortable nonjudgemental crew of IGC

I’ve had the pleasure and skill the pleasure of working with great women from all diversities. It’s good practices to learn, grow and understand one another for the support of the bigger goal. Bringing the talents and skills we possess.
Know although you may see AI images or graphic of a black woman. I am a real human (person). I just have a corporate job at the moment and know at the right time my face will be displayed on the site.
However you can see and know I am a real person by signing up as an IGC crew member or as a small business owner via the tier packages.
I’m just here to speak on the passion I have within customer service and being the advocate for our small business owners as growth is next level!
